If you submitted a proposal, an ARDC representative will contact you after the completion of the proposal review period. If your proposal is selected and you agree to present at the conference, we will ask for your cooperation with the remaining milestones outlined in this timeline.
If your presentation is not selected, we hope that you will consider registering as an attendee.
January 15, 2021 is the deadline for selected presenters to commit to delivering a presentation at the event.
If your proposal is selected, please send an e-mail to Present@ARDConference.com to accept your selection. Please do not accept selection as an ARDC presenter if you cannot make a firm commitment to meet the established deadlines for submitting presentation materials and attend the event.
April 13, 2021 is the deadline to submit the complete final draft of your presentation that is ready for proofreading and printing. All presenters must use the PowerPoint template provided by ARDC. Remember that each presentation is scheduled to last 60 minutes (50 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for audience questions). For best results, please consider the tips that are provided on the first several slides of the template.
IMPORTANT: Each presenter is solely responsible for the content of his/her presentation and we encourage you to distribute your draft to colleagues for feedback on the material you intend to present prior to submitting your file to ARDC. If any minor proofreading or formatting modifications are necessary to make the presentation print-ready, the ARDC Organizers will apply the edits directly to the PowerPoint file that you submitted. After submission, changes will not be accepted unless requested by ARDC to make the document print-ready.
